Watermark mater + .VOB issue [message #1208]

Hi,

Just purchased Watermark Master to convert video files with watermark to .flv formats. .VOB source files are not working properly.

'Add DVD' and the full video comes in one chapter, I give in a timeline say (21:00:00 - 21:30:00)(in MM:SS:MS format) I get an error in conversion as

Session is complete
Total time spent: 0:00
File(s) created - 1, Error(s) - 1, Warning(s) - 0

Kindly help me out on how to rectify this issue.

Hi,

Procedure I follow,

1) Insert DVD in my E: drive
2) Open Watermark Master & Files, I ADD DVD
3) Below files it shows E: & below that Chapter 1
4) Now I do the required timeline adjustments (ex: 09:00:00 - 09:15:00)
5 On conversion. I choose the destination folder to be Desktop & click OK

The convesrion finishes in a second & throws out the error as

Session started at: 1/20/2009 5:17:48 PM

Executing config: C:\Documents and Settings\GG\Desktop\sp.wcf
Executing profile: Default
Decoding file: E:\
File is being created: E:\_01.flv ...
Access is denied.

Session is complete
Total time spent: 0:00
File(s) created - 1, Error(s) - 1, Warning(s) - 0

Kindly advise.

Hi.

You should set correct output folder.
Be careful.

Here is the reason of the error from your message:

"File is being created: E:\_01.flv ...
Access is denied."

Watermark Master tries to create files on drive E:(DVD-ROM) and can't do it.

Hi,

You are right, but as I stated I have been setting destop or any folder in my c: drive as output folder but still it somehow seems to choose e: drive which is the dvd drive. This happens only for .VOB, other format such as .mpg/.avi on DVD works well to the outpuit folder I set.

Hi.

It is impossible.
Looks like you have empty destination folder field.
May be you have used Wizard and havn't filled it.

Also you may send us your cofig-file.
We will answer you specifically.
