unspecified error [message #667]

I an evaluating Video Charge and I keep getting unspecified error. I have MPEG2 files and I'm trying to make into Flash using ON2 and also make a thumbnail 900 frames in.
Any ideas what unspecified error means?

Do you have the latest version of VideoCharge? A similiar bug has been fixed in v.3.9.0.05 (July, 9).

Yes I downloaded the full version from your site like an hour before my first posting above. I check it and it say 3.9.0.05
