Hi.
I am converting video files MTS, AVI, AVHCD to MP4, WMV, 3gp, etc.

I am getting audio and video okay but the video is sometimes jagged/pixelated when fast movement occurs of person on video.
It stops when movement stops.

Can I do anything to eliminate or decrease this? It is happening on a number of videos so far. Sad
