I purchased Videocharge 3 in 2005 and upgraded only once. I have used it very successfully to make very high-quality thumbnails and frame captures since then. I would now like to upgrade but have 3 question with respect to same:
1. The email I recently received announced upgrade 3.17. My release says 3.2.4.37, which is after 3.17 in numbering sequence. How is this possible?
2. Another confusion is that when the splash screen comes up, it simply says "VideoCharge." The "Help, About" section also says "VideoCharge," but the email announcement of upgrade availability says there are VideoCharge versions Full, Pro, Express, and Basic. How do I tell which version I have?
3. Do I need to uninstall to upgrade, or just install over the current version?

Hi.
You have Basic version.
We highly recommend you to install new Basic version.
(http://www.videocharge.com/download/VideoCharge_Install.exe)
It also had new release several months ago.
You should download it and install over your current version.
