Good day
I purchased vidoe charge express back in 2007 and have activated the program 1 other time from when I purchased it which was due to a reformat. I recently had to do another reinstall of windows due to a crash and when I go to activate the program I get an error saying I have exceeded my activations. I purchased the program in good faith and so should be able to activate it. I have already sent an email with my order# as well as my serial number to support@ but have not yet heard back from them. Can I get some help on this matter please.
