I have installed 3.13 Express version, but after installation I have still 3.12.3.03 version. Looks like something is wrong with your install-setup file.

I have licenced Video charge express, not demo.

I see now, setup file is OK, but you have the old version of the file on the download pages.

Please, check new version now.
Videocharge Express 3.13. contain only bug fixes.
