Hi,
Basically I have a friend who has video charge who creates galleries of his .avi movies fine with sound, but when I try to make galleries of the exact same movie using video chargeI get no sound. I have had him send me his saved settings and I still get no sound results.
I get this warning message on downloading - Meida source does not contain a vailid audio stream.
Does anoyone know why I might be getting this warning and how to fix this issue?

I do have video+audio option selected, and audio encoding option checked.
