I'm still trying watermark master and so far I'm enjoying it. Hopefully I will buy it once my trial period expires. My only two issues though is the video output quality and I want to know how to watermark multiple videos as a batch. How do I set it up to get the highest video quality?

Hi.
The quality for output video will be always worse than original after encoding.
You can try the following ways for minimizing quality losing:
1) Use new codec, for example – H264
2) Use 2-pass encoding
3) Set bigger bit rate
4) Use Key Frames – the bigger value you set – more quality video you will get
5) You may also set Aspect Ratio for Mpeg and WMV formats
