Hello supporters.
I am a newbe to videocharge.

I have planned to buy the software tomorrow and have tried the trial version of videocharge pro and found an error on it.

The error already have reported in this forum and no one have answered for that topic. Therefore here is it again.

This error happens when I tried I will use it to watermark video files.

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime error!
Program: ..../Videocharge/Videocharge.exe
This application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the applications support team for more information.

I uninstalled it, reinstalled it, tried to remove all registry entries, still it gives me this error.

I have XP Pro installed.

What do I do?

Do you click "Advanced" or "Finish" when crash occurs?
Does VideoCharge crash always or sometimes/randomly when you click it?

OK, we'll try to fix the issue ASAP. Meanwhile you may try processing in the following way:
go through all the steps in Wizard until you reach Step 7 (watermark settings). There click "Finish" button (don't click "Advanced") and then choose "No, I'd like to start the process later" and click "Done".
Now go to "Output" -> "Frame" tab and click "..." to the right of "Watermark" check-box - Watermark Editor will open. Here you can specify all the necessary watermark options. Click OK and finally click "Run" button.

Please write about the problem to support@videocharge.com and attach your VideoCharge.exe file to the letter.
