Whats the lastest version of this and where can it be downloaded?

Every now and then mine tells me a new version is available i install it but it always stays at version 3.16

I am using windows 7 now and i am unable to encode to wmv9 it always gives me this error -

Could not run encoding process
Invalid configure audio/video streams.

Please help.

Hi.

We have a release of Videocharge Studio (not simple Videocharge).
We have informed all our customers about it.

Please, check your output video setting.
Does Windows Media player play OK this video file?
