Hi,
I'm currently using Watermark Master and when I try to import a MTS file, (MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 encoded file directly from my HD camcorder) all it does is showing a few black dots where the video preview should be.
Does the full VideoCharge Studio support these filetypes, and if it doesn't, do you plan do add this in an upcoming new version? It would be really nice if I could edit these files right away - at the moment I have to re-encode them before using them with Watermark Master.

Hi.
Videocharge Studio is our new and more powerful product.
It supports more formats and has some optimized video processing algorithms.
So we suggest to try it with your files.
For determinate the problem of Watermark Master with your file,
please, upload it to our FTP server.
(we have sent you this info by email).
Regards,
Videocharge Team.
