so i'm encoding media for cell phone/mobile playback. because the end result is usually 100+mb per file, i've decided to split them into 5min segments for smaller filesizes and for the sake of easier playback. after splitting the files 'without recompression', however, the only mobile device that can play the split .mp4 is the iphone. blackberry error: the current media can not be played from the network and g1 error: unable to connect to the server.

what's causing this and how/when can it be fixed?

*i'm using videocharge studio, btw...it's the only .mp4 "friendly" software you guys seem to offer (i'm coming from videocharge full/pro and that never played well with .mp4).

Hi.

Please, upload your source video file, output file and the config file to our FTP server.
We have sent you this info by email.

Also, what device doesn't play output video exactly?
We will check the problem.

Thanks.
Videocharge Team.

Hi.

Have you uploaded your source or output file?
We have fixed a bug in the "without recompression" mode.
Please, try new version from our site now.

Regards,
Videocharge Team.
