Hi,
I'm splitting up a long AVI file encoded with a Microsoft DV codec (720x480 29.97 NTSC) into 1 minute MPEGs
I've been doing this for a very long time and have never encountered any problems until I upgraded to version 3.4 of Videocharge. Now, when I split the files and play back the MPEGs, they are laggy. Its as if the frame rates are off, even though I make sure I'm encoding at 29.97 fps NTSC.
Just to give you a few specs, I'm encoding at 1100 kbps, 480x360, 29.97 fps NSTC, all at MPEG-1. Same goes for the audio at 44khz.
So is this a known issue? Because without the MPEG feature, Videocharge is useless to me.

http://www.videocharge.com/download/VideoChargePro_Install_3 _3.exe
but if it won't be too difficult, could you send us the config file and detailed information about this bug?
