I bought videocharge pro today based on a recommendation. (I didnt realise there was a free trial until I'd already purchased it)
I'm running vista on a brand new PC and videocharge keeps crashing frequently. Is videocharge compatible with vista?
It's unusable for me at the moment.

Everything should be OK with vista.
Could you, please, provide us with more info about the problem.
When di it occur?
What steps do you do for it?
If Videocharge crashes with some video file - could you, please, send it to us.
Also, please, send us the screenshot of the crash.
