Hi I am using Videocharge version 3.6.15.40 on an application that converts uploaded videos to wmv and watermarks them in the process.

I have the latest quicktime player installed on the server

When converting Quicktime videos from the command line, I get the following error and the encoded video contains no audio:-

"QTAudioDeviceContextCreate: AudioContectInitialize failed"

The server it is running on has no fancy audio devices installed other than the default windows 2003 devices.

Any ideas on how I can resolve.

Regards Andrew

We recommend you to reinstall QuickTime. If that doesn't help please write about the problem to support@videocharge.com and attach the config file to the letter.
