First we need to know which exactly version of VideoCharge you use. The latest version of our product is always available at http://videocharge.com/download.html. Please make sure that you’ve got the latest version. Secondly: the given decoder depends to a greater extent on codec packs which are installed on a PC. Please let us know of codec packs that are installed on your machine. We recommend you to download (at http://videocharge.com/download/ffdshow-20030523.exe) and install “ffdshow” codec pack.
