Water Mark is cutting off end of my files [message #1114]

Hi I'm new to this so bear with me. I love the program but I use the Wizard to add a simple Water mark to my WMV's of 30 second-60 second TV Commercials. It works perfect except it cuts about 1-2 seconds off the end of each commercial. Any one know why and how I can fix it. It's making everything I waterMark absolutely useless. Thanks in advance
