Does the MP4 output method produce HTML 5 friendly web video?

After some more testing I see that it does in-fact play in Safari.

However Chrome,Firefox,IE9 all display errors.

What is the mp4 encoding type for VideoCharge?

Well I'm dumb. I just found the setting...

For anyone else who missed this obvious setting:

On the FORMAT tab select "MP4"
On the VIDEO tab select from "codec" dropdown: H.264
(as appose to MPEG-4)

Problem solved.
