Hi,

I am trying to convert an .avi file to .flv using Watermark Master.

If I use the compression codec as Sorenson H.263 the file gets converted but if I use the codec On2 VP6 a blank .flv file gets created which had no media info and just hangs of the flv player (we used riva player & adobe media player to test).

The ouput information is

Please help us to sort this issue out. We would like to use only On2 VP6 codec as it gives out better qulaity flv with lesser file size.

Have attached the flv file created using On2 VP6 codec.

Hi.

1) Please, try to uninstall Watermark Master completely and install it again.

2) Be sure that the height of frames is divided by 16 and the width is divided by 32.
It is requirements for On2 VP6 codec.

3) Please, also send us your config file and error description from Watermark Master bottom window.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

Currently we have two licences of Watermark Master. The issues is the same video works on one system but doesnt give the output on the other. Both are high end systems for Video Rendering.

However I have re-installed the application & still get the same error as before.

Config is as

Kindly help me to sort this issue out. Currently we would need 2 more licences but we have put on hold as the software seems not be stable.

Incase you want me to screen capture the process on the two different systems, I can do that and sent it over.

Kindly the note this happenes only when I selecet On2 VP6 codec. FLV gets generated on Sorenson codec on both systems.

Waiting to hear from you at the earliest.
