"Help" unfortunately hasn't been updated yet. But working with flash is quite easy: just select "FLV/SWF" in the output format list (at the "Output" tab) or in Wizard (click "Wizard", choose e.g. "Convert video files", add files to be converted, specify path for the file(s) to be produced, select "FLV/SWF" format, etc).
Please note that beta version doesn't allow to produce FLV files, but not SWF. Encoding to SWF will be included in regular v.3.6.

I have just installed ver. 3.6.2.14 and I don't see an option to output as Flash either. Any advice?

Also, when will we be able to output as MOV for podcasts, etc?

Only VideoCharge Pro and VideoCharge Full support FLV format. Please make sure that you use one of these versions.

We didn't plan to add that extra functionality for MOVs, but we'll consider your request and probably satisfy it in future.
