Just downloaded the upgrade for VideoCharge program, however the program still does not open any of my xvid files at all. Here is the message i receive when trying to open any Xvid file: "Could Not Obtain Pictures".
Can you possibly offer an explanation for this problem?

First we need to know which exactly version of VideoCharge you use. The latest version of our product is always available at http://videocharge.com/download.html. Please make sure that you’ve got the latest version. Secondly: the given decoder depends to a greater extent on codec packs which are installed on a PC. Please let us know of codec packs that are installed on your machine. We recommend you to download (at http://videocharge.com/download/ffdshow-20030523.exe) and install “ffdshow” codec pack.
