ERROR R6016 - not enough space for thread data

over the last couple of days, i've been receiving this error when converting .wmv to .flv with videocharge studio. i've searched everywhere but haven't been able to find anything. anyone have any ideas? i have a lot of videos to split and convert and neeeeeeed this to work!

This error indicates about some memory problem.
Could you, please, upload your source video file and the config file to our FTP server (we have sent you this data by email).
