I can't understand why when i do a mpg1 file from a dvd with winxmedia or another tools , the sound of the movie is perfect and i can work on the mpeg file with videocharge greatly , but if i try to make a mpg1 with videocharge directly from dvd ifo file or when i play the dvd throught videocharge editor, the sound is horrible with very high scratch and peak ... i 've buy the pro version and it didn't work better than the trial version Sad

did someone from de support can answer me ?

best regards

Please write to support@videocharge.com.
The cause of problem is not clear enough, probably you'll be asked to upload your VOB file or its part to our server.
