can't open any mpg files [message #659]

I can open any mpg 2 file with Video Redo, but not with VideoCharge. Is there some trick to do this with an evaluation version? Any suggestions? Also, I was unable to arrach a short *.mpg file to this post

A reboot fixed the problem. Setup should say that it needs to reboot, no?

Generally speaking reboot is not required. Most likely the problem was caused by something else.
