We recommend you to perform the following actions:
Put all your files to a single folder.
Load VideoCharge and open menu File -> Add folder's contents.
Select the folder you have put your files to.
Click OK.
Open the Editor.
Right click on "Timelines" tab (at the right top of the Editor) and select "Add Timeline/Gallary".
Attention: this is the most important step!
Here you should specify timeline as if as you're working now with file having the maximum length of all files in the folder. E.g. if you have 10 files with duration from 30 sec (minimal length) to 50 sec (maximal length), then (keeping in mind that you want to cut out the first 10 seconds) you should specify the Start Point = 10 sec and the End Point = 50 sec.
That's it! Close the Editor, add watermark (Output -> Frame -> Watermark), set output format = WMV, make other necessary settings and click "Run".
I did excatly what you wrote but still only the first file has the 10 sec removed they other have the watermark but the 10 sec are still there.
Please write to support@videocharge.com, describe the problem and attach the config file to the letter.
Also we recommend you to update your version to v.3.5.8.
