VideoCharge crashes when I add different types of files.
I add 3 .mov files ~30MB and 5 .jpg files 500kb
When I click run to create one .wmv file it crashes.
Do you know what is causing it. And how do I fix it.

The matter is that the .mov files has been encoded with special library, and so they need this library for decoding as well.
We've replied your e-mail and sent you the necessary file.

FYI the movie files have been created by the Kodak Easy Share V550.

It didn't fix the crashing but I found the problem.
The program doesn't handle adding different files at the same time well.
It should alert or warn the user.
So it allows you to add two different file types and when you click run it will crash.

I could get it to convert when I had only mov or jpg not both at the same time.
