Can I import either flash .swf or .flv files and get a thumbnail from them?

In fact can you input .swf or .flv files?

Of course, you can.
VideoCharge v.3.6 (Pro, Full) enables working with FLV/SWF files.

Thanks for the speedy reply.

I downloaded the trial 3.6 version, but when I try to input .swf or .flv it says "can't find decoder"

Do we have to add any extra decoder?

Thanks

Please write a letter to support@videocharge.com and describe your problem there.
We need to examine any of your input files you have problem with. So if one of the files is no more than 3-5 mb, please attach it to the letter.

You should also write about the problem to support@videocharge.com, attach your config file and .swf file (if its size doesn't exceed 1-2 mb) to the letter. Problems of such type bear specific character and require an individual solution.
