I am getting following message, when I try to watermark some of my new movies:
"Cannot connect to video codec. Codec was not found ("MPEG-4 Video Codec")"

So I updated my computer with new codes, but when I try to make a new videos I am still getting same message.

what should I do? the problem is with watermark master

We have this problem in our previous version.
What version do you use?

I also have the same problem...
I cannot process all the video with .rmvb files
please somebody help me....

Hi.

Unfortunately we doesn't support .rmvb format now.
Bur we are planing to do it soon.

Does the latest version support this codec?

Cannot connect to video codec (Xvid MPEG-4 Codec)

Hi.

We doesn't setup any Codec.
You should install it yourself.
We recommend you to use K-Lite Codec pack.
