Ive bought the videocharge basic today, with a previous trial version I was ablt to extract images from video files.( Using Grabber)
Since I downloaded and registered the video basic, Im no longer able to do this.

I get error msg :Could not create filter :MUX

As I said before I had no problems doing this before with a trial version regardless of format in this case ASF.

Any input?

Despite support emails problem is still there.

MUX filter not found

The problem is fixed in v.3.6.10 Cool
