hi friends i couldn't preview my input video with any formats. videocharge is that。watermark master is the same status。 could you help me？ my pc system is windows xp with sp2 patch。 i have install windows media player 9 help~ 。 。

1) Be sure that you use latest version from our site.

2) Please, install k-lite codec pack.

3) If it doesn't help, please, send us your video files.
