wrong kbps setting with WMV [message #901]

Hello, have a small problem.

why is it when i set the profile to wmv 350 kbps it comes out as wmv 486 kbps, i have tryed with alot of different files and its the same thing. when i choose wmv 350 kbps its becaurse i want 350 kbps....

when i choose wmv 2250 it comes out as 2399, this is very annoying.

and i have one more thing ;-D i tryed to make a avi file that is around 13 min, into mpeg1 1300 kbps, and when its finished the timeline in the movie players say the file is over 20 hours long, and its impossible to fast forward in it.

please advice.

It is some problem with bitrate.

Could you, please, upload your source video file and the config-file to our FTP server.
(we have sent you our FTP server info by email)
