I've been trying to create thumbnails from FLV files and its not working.

I added all my FLV files to the input list in VideoCharge Express. In the output I checked 'thumb only'. I also checked 'thumbnails' and 'ftp' under actions. I have configured the FTP. When I click 'run' it says it completed successfully but the thumbnails are no where to be found. They are not on my computer or the FTP.

The matter is that when 'thumb only' is checked, no videos and thumbnails are created except thumbnails that are manually selected in the Editor. If you want to create thumbnails automatically, uncheck 'thumb only', check 'Thumbnails' below and specify thumbnails to be created.
