When using the On2 VP6 codec is there any way that we can enable 2-pass encoding in order to achieve higher output quality?
Also can we specify Constant Bit Rate or Variable Bit Rate encoding settings?

Switching between Constant Bit Rate and Variable Bit Rate is not possible for Flash. Unfortunately On2 VP6 is closed codec and so we can't support more features than codec's producers let us to.
Two-pass encoding for Flash is not supported by VideoCharge as yet. We'll consider implementing this feature in future though.
