No satisfaction from email support so I thought I'd try here!
I have a NEW laptop and the link you provided me for download has an installation code already imbedded in it: 09751150-1205-7149-70C7-161D079E-67BE NOT 22EC5D22-79F1-1B60-00EC-1E721851-3C93 WHICH IS THE ONE I NEED!
When I try to remove it to replace with my code it does not allow for backspace or delete. So when I try to put in my serial # and activation code the process fails. So could you please either send me a NEW activation and serial # or simply provide me a link that has my installation code intact...Thanks!
