Is it possible to set/create a hyperlink in a WMV file..
If not..then can the VC team do this for an extra charge?

Please explain us, how do you imagine hyperlink in a video file?
What should it be used for?

We’d also appreciate showing us any examples of videos with hyperlinks. Then we'll be able to say if we can do that or can't.

It is not possible to get hyperlinks within the videos itself, except for flash videos in swf format, where you will set the link within flash. To use hyperlinks within videos, specially for wmv you will need to use a streaming server, where you can use the scripting language like smil to do this.
