Sir im new user and i have watermark master registerd version:
and my 1st problem is that.
water mark master when i add a water mark text in eglish so its working done.but urdu and arabic its not suporting. showing ????????????????????? this.
2nd problem: i have allredy registerd version but after some days its not working. when i start converting and pres run botton so its autometecaly closed.

Hi.
1) Please, try to setup proper code page in the font properties.
2) Llease, try to set all pathes by English letters only before.
If this doesn't help - please, upload your source video file, config file, the screenshot of the error to our FTP server. (We have sent you this info by email)

sir i meat that when we add text watermark in english so suport and when we want to add text water mark in urdu or arabiec language.
but it have not option?
any idia?

Hi.
1) Please, select your text watermark and press right button on the mouse, go to to "Font" dialog and select coresponded code page.
Also, please, don't use arabic pathes to files.
2) Please, send us your serial number to support@videocharge.com
