Hi.
I'm trying to convert and cut a video file from the command line using the /ts /te parameters. And I could not cut it on the right position.
What is the unit I have to use on the parameters? Time (hh:mm:ss.ms)? Frame Number?
ex: /ts 00:10:00.50 /te 00:11:00.80
/ts 5100 /te 6400
What should I use?
Thank you

Hello. Now it cuts the file, but still not on the correct position.
I've used the command:
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>"C:\Program Files (x86)\VideoCharge Software\VideoCharge\vccmd.exe" "c:\temp\avi2wmv.vcc" /f c:\temp\SAN_2008-02-29_07-35-00.avi /pn OutputMediaName /pv "C:\temp\pedaca.wmv" /ts 00:20:00 /te 00:21:00.50
It should cut 1 minute, from 00:20:00 to 00:21:00.50.
It cut from 00:24:59.80 until 00:26:15.60. (1 min e 15 sec, wrong position and wrong duration)
And sometimes the audio gets way out of sync. (like 10-15 seconds)
I'm converting/cutting an AVI (H264, 15 fps) to WMV.
I can put some test files online if you need them.
Please advise.
Thank you
