Hi there!

I am a new user with Video Charge Express, but I've got a question.

How can I encode a MPEG movie to a WMV movie?

I want to resize the movie from a 640 x 480px MPEG to a 320 x 240 WMV.

VideoCharge Express is not intended for converting files from one format into another, i.e. it's impossible to convert MPEG movie to a WMV movie with it. Express version is used for processing files without re-compression, which enables to save tons of time when splitting or joining files, extracting or removing scenes from movies.

Make use of any other version (Basic, Pro or Full) to convert files.
