Do this, it will work like a charm (2 pass/wmv)
1 Follow all the steps and make all necessary settings in Wizard.
2 Click Finish and select "NO, I’d like to start the process later".
3 In the main VideoCharge window go to the Output -> Video tab.
4 Turn on the "Two-Pass Encoding" check-box in the Misc section of the Video tab.
I find two-pass works great on my videos, sound and quality wise.
