Hey all...I'm new to the forum...new to the product...and have a few questions. I'm trying to make automatic screenshots which are generated on the first frame. How can I do single screencaps at a time based on the frame that I want? I'd like to pause the video on the frame I desire and get the screencap of that. I've messed around with the "best frame option" and some of the other features with no luck. Can you explain how to do this to me?

Thank you in advance.

Hi.

Sorry for delay.
You should only set Frame Number for creating automatic screenshots.
Also you may select the frame for screenshot exactly in the editor.

"best frame option" - This option detects the frame with smallest motion.

Regards,
Videocharge Team.
