I get the above box pop up on loading a particular wmv file and am unsure of what I need to actually do. I'm going to the wizard, selecting 'add watermark', and on step 3 selecting 'without re-compression', upon which clicking the 'next' button causes videocharge to crash. Re-opening the program, re-booting the pc does nothing. Am I even doing the correct thing?
I am using the full version, 3.7.1.0

| You need to add this file to VideoCharge Full, set output format = 'Without Re-compression' and click 'Run'. The produced file is expected to be seekable, that is afterwards it can be normally played and processed.

The problem is that 'Without Re-compression' option should not be available when 'Apply watermark' is selected. Please download and install the latest version of VideoCharge Full. Most probably that will fix the problem.
