Split DVD into Clips not processing all files. [message #538]

I've tried to add the entire DVD and also separate vob files. Each time a different set and quantity of one minute clips will process to mpeg4, but the program never processes all of the video files even though all are selected.

The resulting clips quality is excellent. However, the first 5,6,7 or even 10 files will be created and remaining 60 or 70 files will look like dvd_copy_93.mov but will be zero in size. The message when completed indicates All Processes Completed.

I am resizing to 320x240. I've added a text watermark. Everything works great, it just does not complete splitting and converting all files. Please advise.
