hey guys, I tried emailing you this with attached video samples and config, never got a response so I am posting here:
------
Hi, I ordered VideoCharge Pro:
SWREG Order U20824959
and I can't seem to get it working right, all the WMV's it creates seem to have problems. On My PC running XP-pro SP2, I use sony vegas to edit videos, and anything videocharge outputs won't import properly into Vegas, on my Mac running OS x 10.4 the WMV's will play but they pause on the first frame, and only the audio plays till the first keyframe is hit, like in the video charge config if I had the keyframe set to "5" it will not start the video part of the file until 5 seconds in, if I set it at "10" it won't start the video part till 10 seconds. this particular batch I made as samples, will play fine on Mac Windows media player, but won't even play in the "Flip4mac" (what 90% of mac users use to play WMV's) version of quicktime.
so there is something wierd about the way your program is rendering WMV files since they have problems on both my mac and my PC, and no other program that does video splitting or rendering (avi splitter, vegas, movie maker etc..) on my pc creates any files with similar problems. So I'm pretty sure it's not my video codecs.
I am running VideoCharge version 3.7.3.12
attached is a sample clip, the "SOURCE-fisheggs.wmv" is the original file produced by Vegas 7, then the other 2 videos are what video charge created using the enclosed VC config and the watermark.
just wondering if you can tell me what the difference is between the source clip and the 2 VC clips are that would render it unusable in Vegas, and give mac's problems.
I really really need VC to work properly, have about 300 hours of videos I need to put on the web and this is holding me up..
--- attached is the zip with the config file and vid samples

We apologize for replying delay.
Please turn on "Create Index" check-box on the Output->Main tab in VideoCharge and try to run again. Check if the produced files are OK now. Please let us know of your success.
