Support keeps telling me to do this but they don't tell me how, Can someone explain it to me cuz the email they send me has a link that doesnt work and I have no idea how to do this. Anyone that can help me,it would be greatly appreciated.Thanks Crying or Very Sad

Hi.

What file manager do you have? (Total Commander, Far etc.)
Or do you have some special FTP clients - FlashFXP, CuteFTP etc.?

Please, say us what software do you use and we provide you with detailed instructions how to upload files to our FTP server.
