hi!
Just wana ask help regarding on to update my videocharge 3.5.10 to 3.6
what happend is, i download the trial version of 3.5 before the releasing of version 3.6,
i test if for a weeks and decided to have it license. when i brought the license the ver 3.6 is already launch. so, i got the serial no. for ver 3.6
i receive a email and give the URL where can i download the software. am planning to install it to my laptop and to my desktop. so i download it using mobile hard disk attach to my desktop. first, i want it to install to my laptop. so i connect my mobile hard disk where i downloaded the video charge software.
i run the installer set.exe i'm having an error which is
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. you may not have the approriate permssion to the item."
it seems i can't access the installer from the server.
so i try to put the activation code to the old version 3.5 and it works,
and my problem is want to have the latest version which is 3.6
can anyone help regarding this.

What namely version (Basic, Pro, Express or Full) did you download?
What exactly size (in bytes, e.g. 19 430 149) has the .exe file you downloaded?
